These terms apply to every order placed on Accessora. By placing an order you accept them; if anything here is unclear, write to us before you buy.

Ordering

An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email once payment is authorised and the maker has confirmed availability. We may decline an order where stock, pricing or delivery cannot be honoured; anything already paid is refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processor; Accessora never stores your card details.

Delivery

Delivery is complimentary on every order. Estimated windows are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email; they are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

You may return most items within thirty days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for how returns work and the small set of exclusions (personalised and hygiene-sealed items).

Our marketplace role

Accessora is a marketplace for independent makers. Your contract of sale is fulfilled through Accessora, and our guarantee applies to every purchase — while each piece is made and dispatched by the maker named on the product page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order.
