Delivery

Every order ships with complimentary, carbon-neutral delivery. Once your order is confirmed, the maker prepares it for dispatch and you receive tracking by email.

• Cairo and Giza: typically 2–4 working days.
• Nationwide: typically 3–7 working days.

Returns

If a piece is not right, you have thirty days from delivery to return it. Returns are free and simply arranged: email returns@accessora.com with your order number and we will organise collection.

Items should come back unused, in their original packaging. Personalised pieces and hygiene-sealed items that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Arrange a return and place a new order — the fastest route — or ask our concierge to handle the swap for you.

Something arrived damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund immediately. The maker’s guarantee and ours both stand behind every piece.
